Can I visit or walk in to purchase?
Pistachio Dessertry operates as an online store only. We do not offer walk-ins. Pick-up is available strictly for pre-ordered items arranged in advance.
How long will my order take?
All orders are prepared fresh, so please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that delays may occur due to courier services or peak periods. Custom and bulk orders may require additional lead time.
How should I store my desserts?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, in an airtight container.
Chocolates
Keep refrigerated and allow to come to room temperature before enjoying for the best taste and texture.
How does pick-up work?
Pick-up is by appointment. Simply add your preferred date and time, and we’ll confirm your slot.
Do you offer same-day or last-minute orders?
We may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability. Please contact us directly to check.

Yes, we offer customisation for select products, including colours and flavours. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate

Yes, we offer bulk and custom orders for events, corporate gifting, and special occasions. Please contact us via email with your requirements, including quantity and date, and we’ll guide you through the process.
How big are your chocolates?
Our chocolates are crafted in a standard bonbon size, similar to those found at premium chocolatiers. They are designed for the perfect bite, balancing flavour and texture in each piece
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours
