At Pistachio Dessertry, each product is handcrafted in small batches with the utmost care and attention to detail. Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

However, your experience matters deeply to us.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pick-up.

Kindly include:

  • Your order details
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will happily offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared or dispatched.
  • For advance orders, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled date.

Allergy & Product Care

Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. Please review ingredients carefully before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds based on dietary preferences or sensitivities.

While we take great care in packaging, Pistachio Dessertry is not liable for delays, mishandling, or damage caused by third-party couriers. We recommend selecting appropriate delivery options, especially during warmer weather.
